How do I create a new account or how do I log in to my account?
You can click on the user icon on the top right corner. Then you will be redirected to the login page of Karger where you can login or register for a new account.

How do I access the courses?
You need to create a MyKarger account to have access to the courses.

Where can I find my started courses?
After login to your account, find your courses under the menu item Dashboard.

How long can I access the free courses?
As long as the course is available on our page. You can always replay the course.

How do I update my profile information?
Go to your account and select the menu item Profile. You will be redirected to your MyKarger account where you can change your data.

How do I download my certificate(s)?
Upon completion you will automatically receive a certificate. You can find them in your account under Certificates.

What do I have to do to get my certificate?
At the end of every course there will be a quiz that has to be solved to get the certificate.

Who do I contact about technical issues?
You can contact us via our contact form. Feedback is also welcome.

Do I have a limited amount of time to complete the course?
Not at all – learn at your own pace. You can always take a break and continue at a later point. However, if you have access through a 12-month institutional license (e.g. the Campus bundle), be careful not to wait until after your access expires.

Are there any technical requirements to access the courses?
The courses are compatible with all devices, including mobile, tablet and desktop.

Will there be more courses?
We plan to update frequently, so remember to check back often.

What can I do if the progress tracker of a course has reset?
In the ‘main course’ the progress tracker will reset after you leave that section.
